Main tasks :

  • Follow-up and Development of the north Africa and middle east customer portfolio
  • Develop partnerships in north Africa and middle east
  • Clients and partners market research, establishing the initial contact
  • Develop products sales through every mode of distribution
  • Reporting through a customer file (CRM type) for every commercial action: follow-up of targets, schedule of prospection action, report of every customer contact, updating contact details, etc. The business developer is responsible of updating all the commercial data for north Africa and middle east
  • Definition of the needs for the counting people field in terms of marketing and communication: market requirements, product documentation needs, website and the market trend. Transfer of marketing needs toward the Sales and Marketing director
  • Issuance of proposals for counting systems with the agreement of the sales direction
  • Coordination and involvement in the redaction of calls for bids
  • Sales negotiations
  • Support to agents, partners and others sales representatives of the company for launching offers
  • End to end commercial follow-up of projects with the customers
  • Attend every event: conferences and exhibition advised by the company: participate to the logistics and materials organization, if needed, and embody decently ACOREL’s company
  • Participation to internal meetings
  • Phone interview bi-monthly with a report of the activities during the two previous weeks and an estimated of the next two weeks
  • Make ACOREL be referenced as a supplier of People Counting solutions in north Africa and middle east

Remit :

Regular Preparation and presentation (at least twice a month) to the direction of sales and marketing

  • Of the customer follow-up and prospect with a report
  • Of the financial quotations for customers and prospect projects
  • Of the commercial activity on exhibitions
  • Of the agents and distributors management

Skills :

  • Technical knowledge about technical products and applications (network, computers, electronic/optical sensor…)
  • Knowledge about the business field of the customer portfolio
  • Skills in follow-up of customer
  • Skills in customer relationship and negotiation
  • Capability to analyse and summarise
  • Capability to present the strategy and the market needs in north Africa and middle east to the sales direction
  • Capability to understand and respect the technical requirements and to inform customers
